A Lifetime of Hands-On Construction Experience
Lee has been working on construction and inspection-related projects since the age of 12, when he first got inside a crawlspace. He assisted his parents with multiple remodeling jobs throughout his teens. By his senior year of high school, Lee knew that he wanted to turn his family hobby into a career.
Lee double-tasked during senior year by taking a hands-on construction training course. He graduated from this course around the same time he graduated from high school, and a mere two weeks later, his official career in construction began. Lee worked within this portion of the residential building industry for 18 years. He also passed on some of his knowledge by teaching a woodworking and furniture building night class at a local community college.

Lee has been dedicated to helping others in the Puget Sound Region as a home inspector and member of the construction industry for 40+ years. During his downtime, he and his wife enjoy hot rods, camping, and fishing. They’ve also owned and maintained numerous older homes. For example, their first house was built in 1905, and they completely remodeled it.
